Creating a rental agreement template

Create a rental agreement template that guests can fill in and sign electronically prior to their arrival. Once created, you can edit or delete them at any time. Follow the instructions below or watch our video.

 

Step by Step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Guest experience mode.
  3. In the top-right corner, click the profile icon.
  4. Click Document, and select Agreements.
  5. Click Add template. If you previously created a rental agreement template, click Create new instead, or use our Sample agreement.
  6. Upload the relevant document.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Create a template based on the uploaded document, using our rental agreements editor.
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Enter a name for the template.
  11. Click Save.

Note:

You can send rental agreements to guests manually or automatically.
