View listings according to the filters and columns you choose. Want to see only listings in a specific city? Create a Custom Report for it. You can also create your own filters by using Custom Fields. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- From the top menu, click Listings.
- Next to Filters, click the plus icon.
- Follow the flow in the pop-up to add filters.
Tip:
Want to remove a filter? Clicking the existing filter and select Remove from the pop-up.
- Click Columns.
- Select the relevant checkboxes.
- Above Columns, click Save as New Custom Report.
- Add a name for the Custom Report.
- Click Save.
Note:
You can view saved Custom Reports at any time. In the top left, click the downward arrow next to the name of the current report.
Tip:
You can download or share your Custom Reports at any time. Do you want to add some more filter options? Simply add tags. If you need to run a report using fields that are not available, please contact us.
Important:
The Cancellation Policy column represents Airbnb reservations only. The cancellation policies of other booking channels are not displayed.
