You can process credit card transactions via Guesty by connecting with Stripe. Multiple Stripe accounts can be connected to Guesty, and you can easily choose which account handles the payments for each of your listings. Follow the instructions below to connect a Stripe account to Guesty.
Stripe supports a variety of countries. See if Stripe is supported in your country.
Important:
Before following the steps below to connect a Stripe account to Guesty, pre-register for a Stripe account.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
and select Guesty marketplace from the drop-down menu. - Click the Stripe thumbnail.
- In the top right corner, click Continue.
- In the pop-up, click Get started.
- In the new tab that opens in your browser, enter your Stripe login details.
- Click Next.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click More and select Payment processing from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Stripe thumbnail.
- In the top right corner, click Continue.
- In the pop-up, click Get started.
- In the new tab that opens in your browser, enter your Stripe login details.
- Click Next.
Note:
The value you enter in Stripe under "Business" is used to identify the specific Stripe account in Guesty.
Tip:
Transactions made directly in Stripe's dashboard will not be displayed in Guesty. Learn how to record payments that were collected externally in Guesty.
