Troubleshooting: Discrepancy in Bedroom Layout on a Booking.com Listing

If an incorrect bedroom layout is displayed on Booking.com, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

  1. Navigate to the Booking.com listing page via one of the following ways:
    1. Click the Booking.com icon on the listing page in Guesty.
    2. Through the Booking.com Extranet.
  2. Find the bedroom layout on the Booking.com listing page.
  3. If there is a discrepancy between the bedroom layout on Booking.com and the bedroom layout on Guesty, contact us with the following information:
    1. The Guesty Listing ID.
    2. The required update to the bedroom layout (the format should be similar to the one seen on Booking.com).
      1. The number of rooms.
      2. The number of beds in each room.
      3. The bed types.
