If an incorrect bedroom layout is displayed on Booking.com, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

- Navigate to the Booking.com listing page via one of the following ways:
- Click the Booking.com icon on the listing page in Guesty.
- Through the Booking.com Extranet.
- Find the bedroom layout on the Booking.com listing page.
- If there is a discrepancy between the bedroom layout on Booking.com and the bedroom layout on Guesty, contact us with the following information:
- The Guesty Listing ID.
- The required update to the bedroom layout (the format should be similar to the one seen on Booking.com).
- The number of rooms.
- The number of beds in each room.
- The bed types.
