Troubleshooting: Discrepancy in Bedroom Layout on a Listing

If an incorrect bedroom layout is displayed on, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

  1. Navigate to the listing page via one of the following ways:
    1. Click the icon on the listing page in Guesty.
    2. Through the Extranet.
  2. Find the bedroom layout on the listing page.
  3. If there is a discrepancy between the bedroom layout on and the bedroom layout on Guesty, contact us with the following information:
    1. The Guesty Listing ID.
    2. The required update to the bedroom layout (the format should be similar to the one seen on
      1. The number of rooms.
      2. The number of beds in each room.
      3. The bed types.
