When you connect a booking channel or set up an integration, you may need to provide your property's unique ID. This ID helps identify the specific property you want to connect or update within Guesty. Find the ID for a single property in its URL web address, or use a properties report to retrieve IDs for multiple properties at once.
Retrieve the listing ID from the URL
Follow the instructions below to find the property's ID in the URL web address.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant property.
- The property ID can be found in the URL web address of your browser.

Single unit properties: The ID is the string of characters after "https://app.guesty.com/properties/".

Multi-unit properties:
- The multi-unit ID is the string of characters after "https://app.guesty.com/properties/".
- The sub-unit ID is the string of characters after "/unit/" when selected.

- The complex ID is the string of characters after "https://app.guesty.com/properties/".
- The unit ID (multi-unit or sub-unit) is the string of characters after "/unit/" when selected.
