When you connect your listings with some booking channels, you may be asked to provide ID numbers of the listings in Guesty. These can be found in the listing's URL web address. Follow the instructions below to locate the Guesty listing ID for a single-unit, a complex, a multi-unit, and a sub-unit.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- The listing ID can be found in the URL web address of your browser.
- When a single-unit is the only level in your listing: The string of characters after "https://app.guesty.com/properties/" is the listing's ID.
- When a complex is the highest level in your listing:
- The string of characters after "https://app.guesty.com/properties/" is the complex's ID.
- The string of characters after "/unit/" can be the multi-unit's or sub-unit's ID, depending on which listing was selected.
- When a multi-unit is the highest level in your listing:
- The string of characters after "https://app.guesty.com/properties/" is the multi-unit's ID.
- The string of characters after "/unit/" is the sub-unit's ID, when selected.
