Disconnecting, removing, or reconnecting your Airbnb account to Guesty

You can disconnect your Airbnb account from Guesty at any time, and reconnect it later. Your listings must also be disconnected from Guesty to do so, but they’ll remain on the account’s integration page.
You can also permanently remove your Airbnb account from Guesty.
Follow the instructions below to disconnect, remove, or reconnect your Airbnb account to Guesty.

Disconnect Guesty from your Airbnb account 

Pro users Lite users

You can disconnect the account via Guesty, as explained below, or directly via Airbnb. For the latter option, follow the instructions in the Lite tab. 

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
  5. To the right of the relevant account, click Connected. Then, select Disconnect.
  6. In the pop-up, click Yes, disconnect.
  7. Refresh the page.

The account and all its listings will be disconnected from Guesty within 15 minutes. Once disconnected, the status will change to “Not connected”. You can now remove the account from Guesty or reconnect it.

Remove your Airbnb account from Guesty

To permanently remove your account, it must first be disconnected. 

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Follow the steps above to disconnect your Airbnb account from Guesty.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  4. Click Distribution.
  5. Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
  6. To the right of the relevant account, click the arrow next to "Disconnected".
  7. Select Remove.
  8. In the pop-up, click Remove.

Reconnect your Airbnb account to Guesty 

You can reconnect a disconnected Airbnb account to Guesty. Follow the instructions below.

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. From the dropdown, select Distribution.
  4. Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
  5. To the right of the relevant account, click Disconnected. To reconnect the account, select Connect from the dropdown.
