Disconnecting, removing, or reconnecting your Airbnb account to Guesty

You can disconnect your Airbnb account from Guesty and reconnect it at any time. You can also permanently remove your Airbnb account from Guesty.

Follow the instructions below to disconnect, remove, or reconnect your Airbnb account to Guesty.

Disconnect Guesty from your Airbnb account

You must first disconnect your listings before you can disconnect your account. Failure to do so will may affect your ability to disconnect your account. Disconnected listings will remain on the account’s integration page. To disconnect your account directly via Airbnb, follow the instructions in the Lite tab.

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
  5. To the right of the relevant account, click Connected. Then, select Disconnect.
  6. In the pop-up, click Yes, disconnect.
  7. Refresh the page.

    The account and all its listings will be disconnected from Guesty within 15 minutes.

Once disconnected, the status will change to “Not connected”. You can now remove the account from Guesty, or reconnect it.

Remove your Airbnb account from Guesty

You must disconnect your account before you can permanently remove it. Follow the instructions to remove your Airbnb account from Guesty after you have done so.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
  5. To the right of the relevant account, click the arrow next to "Disconnected".
  6. Select Remove.
  7. In the pop-up, click Remove.

Reconnect your Airbnb account to Guesty

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. From the dropdown, select Distribution.
  4. Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
  5. To the right of the relevant account, click Disconnected. To reconnect the account, select Connect from the dropdown.
