Canceling your Guesty account

We are sad to see you go. You can follow the instructions below to deactivate your account.

Important:

Remember to download anything you might need access to later (e.g., check-in forms signed by guests, revenue reports, etc.). You will not have access to any of your data in Guesty once the account is deactivated.

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. Follow these instructions (from step 2) to deactivate every one of your listings.
  3. Disconnect your Guesty account from all booking channels before canceling your Guesty account:
    • Airbnb: Follow these instructions to disconnect your Airbnb account.
    • Booking.com:
      1. Remove Guesty as your Connectivity Provider in the extranet for each one of the listings connected to the account.
      2. Once that is complete, contact us to disconnect your Booking.com account from Guesty
    • Vrbo: Follow these instructions to disconnect your Vrbo account.
  4. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select the Setup mode.
  5. Click Account settings.
  6. Select Account settings in the left navigation bar.
  7. Scroll all the way down and click Deactivate account.
  8. In the pop-up, click Yes, continue.
