Assigning a conversation to a user
Assign a conversation thread in the
Guesty Inbox
to the most relevant user in your account to make sure the issue is handled correctly and in a timely manner. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
Sign in to your
Guesty account
.
In the top menu, click
.
From left side-bar, select
Guests inbox
.
On the left, select the relevant message.
At the top of the conversation thread, click
Unassigned
.
From the dropdown, select the relevant user or search for their name.
The user will receive a push notification on their mobile app that a conversation was assigned to them.
