The search bar only shows reservations that checked out in the past six months.
If you need to search for older reservations, contact us or your Customer Success Manager.
If you think the reservation exists but is not appearing in the search results, create a reservation report and look for it there.
To pull up reservations that are more than six months old:
Step by step
- Add the "Check Out" filter to the reservation report.
- From the Dropdown menu, select "Is before the last".
- Type "180" next to the "Days" text box.
