Changing a listing maximum occupancy

When creating a listing, you define its maximum occupancy- how many guests can stay in it simultaneously. This occupancy determines whether the listing will appear in the booking channel's search results. If a potential guest searches for accommodation for more guests than the listing's maximum occupancy, it will not be included in the search results.

You can change a listing's occupancy at any time. Follow the instructions below to do so.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the relevant listing.
  5. In the left-side menu, under "Details & Layout", click Location & details.
  6. Click Edit next to "Property details"
  7. Under "Occupancy", use the up and down arrows to adjust the number.
  8. Scroll down and click Save.
