When you collect a payment manually, or record a payment, you can view and send a receipt to a guest for specific payments made on the reservation.
If your guests' reservation was paid through a booking channel, you can only send the receipt (without viewing it).
Tip:
You can also send invoices to your guests.
Follow the instructions below.
Send and view the receipt for manual and recorded payments
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation.
- In the banner at the top of the page, click Balance due/Payout.
- In the "Payments" section, on the relevant payment line, click Payment actions then Send receipt.
- Choose an existing email address or enter a new one.
- Click Send.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click More and then select Reservations from the dropdown.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- In the banner at the top of the page, click Balance due/Payout.
- In the "Payments" section, on the relevant payment line, click Payment actions then Send receipt.
- Choose an existing email address or enter a new one.
- Click Send.
Send the receipt for payments made via the booking channels

- Under the receipt number, click on Send receipt.
