Sending a Receipt to a Guest

After payment has been taken for a reservation, you can send a receipt to a guest. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:


Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. From the top menu, click Reservations.
  3. Click the relevant reservation.
  4. Click Balance Due / Payout in the grey banner at the top of the page.
  5. Scroll down to the "Payments" section.
  6. On the relevant payment line, click Payment actions then Send receipt.
  7. Choose an existing or enter a new email address.
  8. Click Send.
