When a guest sends you a reservation inquiry, you can encourage them to complete their booking using either a pre-approved inquiry or a customized special offer.
Note:
Currently, creating special offers isn't supported in Guesty — meaning, you can only set up your special offer via Airbnb.
Before you begin

Special offers can be sent as a response to a guest inquiry
You can also send guests special offers to help encourage them to book again, or to even try one of your other properties in the future. -
Guests will have 24 hours to accept or decline the special offer
Once they accept it, their reservation will be automatically confirmed. -
The guest that accepts the offer first will have their booking confirmed
This applies if you're sending special offers to multiple guests for the same dates.

How special offers for Airbnb reservations work
Here are a few guidelines about Airbnb's special offers:

Basic and additional fees won't apply to reservations that are booked with a special offer on Airbnb
This means special offers override pricing rules.Important:
If you'd like to include basic and additional fees in the final price, make sure to include the price for them in your special offer's total price. -
Special offers will apply a listing's availability validations — including length of stay restrictions
We highly recommend checking and updating the listing's availability rules (if required) when initiating a special offer. -
Alterations for reservations made with special offers will be priced as rebooking

Guests will have 24 hours to accept a special offer

Since the listing's pricing rules won't be validated, the special offer price should include all nights of the reservation and any additional standard fees
For example: Cleaning fees, management fees, etc. -
Taxes or security deposit shouldn't be included in the special offer price

Airbnb service fee will be deducted from the special offer's total price
The host will receive whatever they enter as a special offer, minus the Airbnb service fee.
