Wheelhouse manages daily rates, minimum nights, and other pricing and availability settings. Rates and settings are updated based on market data, current and historical pricing, and occupancy listing data.
We recommend not to use a pricing tool in correlation with Guesty’s rate strategy feature, as rate strategy can override rates generated by a pricing tool. Additionally, updating nightly rates manually will also override the rates provided by the pricing tool. Learn more about combining pricing and availability tools.
Follow the instructions below to connect Wheelhouse to Guesty.
Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click .
- From the dropdown menu, select Guesty Marketplace.
- Search for "Wheelhouse" then click Connect in the thumbnail.
- In the top-right corner, click Connect.
- Click the API key to copy it.
- Click Ok.

Connect Wheelhouse with Guesty
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Wheelhouse account.
- From the top right corner, click Connect a listing.
- Select Guesty.
- Paste the API key.
- Activate Wheelhouse pricing.
Note:
When you turn off Wheelhouse Pricing, we'll restore all your daily prices to what they were prior to connecting to Wheelhouse. When syncing prices, it can take up to 10 minutes fore the new prices to show.
Guesty listings in Wheelhouse
- Their listing is out-of-market for Wheelhouse. Check here.
- Their listing is currently inactive.
- Their listing is less than 24 hours old.
- Verify that the listing is active.
- Refresh your Wheelhouse dashboard by going to your connected channels page and clicking Refresh listings next to your Channel/PMS account.
- Reconnect the listings to Wheelhouse.
