Wheelhouse manages daily rates, minimum nights, and other pricing and availability settings. Rates and settings are updated based on market data, current and historical pricing, and occupancy listing data.

Follow the instructions below to connect Wheelhouse to Guesty.

Copy the Guesty API key

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Setup mode.
  3. Click Integrations, then select Marketplace.
  4. On the Wheelhouse thumbnail, click Connect.
  5. In the top right corner, click Connect.
  6. Click the API Key to copy it.
  7. Click Ok.

Connect Wheelhouse with Guesty

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Wheelhouse account.
  2. From the top right corner, click Connect a listing.
  3. Select Guesty.
  4. Paste the API Key.
  5. Activate Wheelhouse pricing.

Note:

When you turn off Wheelhouse Pricing, we'll restore all your daily prices to what they were prior to connecting to Wheelhouse. When syncing prices, it can take up to 10 minutes fore the new prices to show.

Guesty listings in Wheelhouse

If you add a new listing in Guesty, it will take 24 hours to appear in Wheelhouse to connect.
If a listing does not appear in Wheelhouse, it is most likely due to one of the following reasons:
  • Their listing is out-of-market for Wheelhouse. Check here.
  • Their listing is currently inactive.
  • Their listing is less than 24 hours old.
If this happens:
  1. Verify that the listing is active.
  2. Refresh your Wheelhouse dashboard by going to your connected channels page and clicking Refresh listings next to your Channel/PMS account.
  3. Reconnect the listings to Wheelhouse.
