What Guesty AI includes
Guesty AI combines:
- Agents Hub: Access all agents and workspaces to automate tasks across your account.
- AutoReply: Send automatic replies to guests within the guardrails you set. ReplyAI suggestions and summaries in the Inbox remain free for everyone and don't require Guesty AI.
- Guesty PriceOptimizer: Optimize your pricing dynamically across channels. If you already pay for PriceOptimizer on its own, its cost is included in your Guesty AI price, so you don't pay twice.
Important:
Accounting agents require the Accounting add-on, even if you have Guesty AI. If you already pay for Accounting on its own, it keeps working and is billed as usual.
You can purchase Guesty AI from the Add-ons page. Buying an add-on requires the "Purchase add-ons" permission. If you don't have it, ask your account admin to grant it or complete the purchase for you.
To cancel, contact us. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after your request. Deactivating your agents doesn't cancel the add-on on its own. If you're on an annual contract, you owe the minimum monthly fee until the end of your term.
