Verification restriction

Guesty accounts that didn't complete verification have temporarily restricted access to creating new Booking.com accounts and publishing new listings through Guesty. The restriction automatically lifts as soon as the Guesty account successfully passes the standard verification process.

Note:

The verification requirement only impacts publishing new listings and creating new Booking.com accounts. Property managers can still link the existing Booking.com listings to Guesty.

Understand the impact

  • Publishing new listings: Property managers must complete the Guesty verification process before publishing a new listing to Booking.com. Otherwise, publishing new listings is restricted for unverified accounts.
  • Linking existing listings: You can link any currently owned Booking.com listings to Guesty at any time. 
  • Automatic access: Guesty automatically enables full publishing capabilities on the Booking.com integration page once the account successfully passes the verification.
