Pilot: Connecting your Stay account and listings to Guesty

Stay is a rental platform designed to give property owners more control and flexibility across short-, mid-, and long-term stays. To ensure a consistent booking pipeline, the Stay Leads feature provides hosts with unlimited access to a vetted pool of high-quality guest inquiries. Also, Stay operates on a transparent flat-fee model, eliminating commissions so that owners can retain the full value of their rental income.

Sync listing changes

Changes to listings sync to the channel only if the listing's status is "Live on Channel".

  • "Live on Channel": Changes sync automatically to the channel.
  • "Failed": Reinitiate the connection process to push the updates to the channel.

If the listing status is "Pending", changes won't sync until the status changes to either "Live on Channel" or "Failed".
