Connecting to VivreStays allows property managers to synchronize inventory with a specialized booking platform and technology provider focused on vetted, serviced housing for corporate and insurance sectors in the UK and Europe. This integration bridges the gap between your property management system and high-intent clients, such as insurance policyholders and corporate professionals, by providing real-time availability, automated data exchange, and support for fixed-rate booking structures.
Before you begin
Ensure your properties are active and listed. Unlisted or inactive listings will not be published to VivreStays.
Connect your account and listings
Follow the steps below to connect your VivreStays account and listings to Guesty.
- Register for a VivreStays account.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Locate the VivreStays thumbnail, and click Connect.
- Click Start connecting to VivreStays.
- Click Continue to connect listings.

Select a cancellation policy, and a cancellation fee if relevant, from the dropdown menus, then click Next.
You can change the cancellation policy at any time via the listing's settings.
- Choose the listings you'd like to connect:
- Select All my current listings
- Select Specific listings and click Select listings to connect. Check the boxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.

Click Done.
A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with VivreStays.
- Click Continue to dashboard.
Connect additional properties
To connect new properties after your VivreStays account is connected to Guesty, click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your VivreStays dashboard and follow steps 7 to 11 above.
Sync property changes
Changes to properties sync to VivreStays only if the listing's status is "Live on channel". If the listing status is "Pending", changes won't sync until the status changes to either "Live on Channel" or "Failed".
- Live on channel: Changes sync automatically to the channel.
- Failed: Reinitiate the connection process to sync the updates to the channel.
Updates take up to 24 hours to reflect on the VivreStays.
Disconnect a property
Follow the instructions to disconnect a property.
