A rejected payout doesn't mean funds are lost. Guesty automatically reprocesses these funds and includes them in a future payout to ensure you receive your earnings.
The rejected payout amount is added to a subsequent payout as a Balance Adjustment. This adjustment appears alongside the new payout details, such as the new payout ID and the payout date.
Track a rejected payout
You can monitor these adjustments through your GuestyPay reports. In the Reconciliation Report, the subsequent payout shows the total Balance Adjustment amount.
Note that the report shows the total adjustment amount but doesn't provide a line-item breakdown of the original rejected components within that specific new payout entry.
