Document upload requirements
- Minimum file name length: 4 characters including file extension
- Maximum file name length: 255 characters including file extension
- Maximum file size: 4 MB
- Supported characters: Alphanumeric (no special characters)
- Supported file type: jpeg, jpg, pdf, png
Control Prong
Mandatory for US applications and limited to one.
System Behavior: The system searches for a control prong across all owners. Errors will not appear for a specific owner.
