Limitations
Before connecting, note the following requirements:
- This channel is not yet available to all of Guesty’s users.
- The only accepted currency is USD.
- Listings must be located in one of the following geographical areas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Aruba.
- You can only connect multi-units and single units.
- Listings must be active and listed to connect.
Connect your account and listings
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu. - Under Channel management, select Distribution.
- Click the Vacasa thumbnail to open the integration page.
- Click Start connecting to Vacasa.com.
- Click Continue to connect listings.
- Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee from the dropdown menu and click Next.
- Select the listings to connect (All current or Specific listings).
- Click Done. A pop-up will appear confirming your listings are pending connection.
- Click Continue to integration page.

Connect additional listings
- In the top-right corner of the Vacasa.com integration page, click Connect listings.
- Follow steps 7 to 10 above.
Disconnect a listing
Follow the instructions to disconnect a listing.
Sync listing changes
Changes made in Guesty automatically sync with Vacasa only when a listing's status is Live on channel.
- Failed: Restart the connection process above to sync updates.
- Pending: Changes won't sync until the status updates.
