Pilot: Connecting your Vacasa.com account and listings to Guesty

Join the pilot program to connect Vacasa.com to Guesty. Vacasa has newly entered the OTA world, offering a curated selection of vacation rentals across North America and beyond. With an emphasis on quality, ease, and exceptional guest experiences, we help travelers find their perfect home-away-from-home—from beachside escapes to cozy mountain cabins.

Limitations

Before connecting, note the following requirements:

  • This channel is not yet available to all of Guesty’s users. If you’d like to join the pilot, please fill out this form
  • The only accepted currency is USD.
  • Listings must be located in one of the following geographical areas: United States, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Aruba.
  • You can only connect multi-units and single units.
  • Listings must be active and listed to connect.

Connect your account and listings

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Vacasa thumbnail to open the integration page.
  5. Click Start connecting to Vacasa.com.
  6. Click Continue to connect listings.
  7. If relevant, select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee from the dropdown menu and click Next. You can change the cancellation policy at any time in the listing's settings.
  8. Select the listings to connect in one of the following ways:
    • Click All my current listings.
    • Click Specific listings. Click Select listings to connect, then check the boxes next to the relevant listings.
  9. Click Done
    A pop-up will appear confirming that your listings are pending connection with Vacasa.com.
  10. Click Continue to integration page.

Connect additional listings

  1. In the top-right corner of the Vacasa.com integration page, click Connect listings.
  2. Follow steps 7 to 10 above.

Disconnect a listing

Follow the instructions to disconnect a listing.

Sync listing changes

Changes made to the listing in Guesty automatically sync with Vacasa only when a listing's status is "Live on channel".

  • If a listing status is "Failed",  restart the connection process above to sync the updates.
  • If a listing's status is “Pending”, changes won't sync.
