Pilot: The Owners dashboard

The Owners dashboard gives owners instant insights into the performance of their properties, including financial performance, booking data, operational metrics, guest feedback, and other customized content you choose to share.

The Owners dashboard is displayed when an owner logs in to the Owners portal and is available on all screen resolutions. The default view displays data about all the owners properties, or owners can filter results for specific properties.

Learn about the seven customizable sections below, which can be applied to all owners or a specific owner via the Owners portal settings.

Announcements

There are two types of announcements:

  • Portal announcements, which apply to all owners in your portfolio.
  • Owner specific announcements, which apply to a specific owner.

Announcements are displayed in blue at the top of the dashboard until deleted. Once deleted, the announcement is removed from the portal upon the owner’s next login.

Owners can close the announcement, which will reappear when they login again.

Performance

Performance of the owner’s revenue and occupancy displays the past 7 days.

The bar chart displays owner revenue and occupancy for the past week based on screen size. It consists of two data points: light blue represents owner revenue and dark blue represents occupancy.

Hover over the bar to see more information for the given period.

Click View more data to be redirected to the analytics dashboard in a new tab for a more detailed view.

Booking sources

Booking sources displays the name, value of the reservation and the percentage for the top channel sources where reservations were made over the past 30 days.

The reservation value is displayed as a single value converted to the currency configured for your account, which includes all reservations for the relevant channel.

Note:

Performance data is based on transaction dates, while Booking sources data is based on the check-in and check-out dates, which may cause discrepancies between the Performance and Booking sources sections, even though both display data for the past 30 days.

For example, if no stays occurred in the past 30 days but payments were received, Booking sources may show values while Performance shows “N/A”.

Guest reservations

Guest reservations with check-ins in the next 30 days display as follows:

  • Inquiries
  • Booked nights - displays guest booked nights only
  • Average booking value
  • Average guest stay

Owner reservations

Owner reservations with check-ins in the next 30 days display as follows:

  • Booked nights - displays owner and owner-guest booked nights only
  • Revenue loss - an estimation only, based on average nightly rate
  • Upcoming owner stays

Owners will see reservations made for themselves, their guests and other fractional owner’s reservations. For privacy, personal details for other owner’s guest reservations are displayed as ‘Owner guest’.

Guest reviews

Guest reviews displays the overall guest rating and the most recent top guest reviews.

Click View more to view up to 20 reviews.

Only reviews that include a description are displayed. You can choose to only display reviews with a rating of 4 stars or higher.

Help Center articles displays clickable links to articles in PDF format that are specific for owners.

Click View all to be redirected to the Help Centre page in a new tab to view all available articles.
