Before You Begin
- You must sign up first with FindRentals and include your website address.
- FindRentals will redirect the users to your website for finalizing the reservation.
Connecting your account and listings
- Register for a FindRentals account.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Locate the FindRentals thumbnail, and click Connect.
- Click Start connecting to FindRentals.
- Click Continue to connect listings.
- Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee (if relevant) from the dropdown menus, then click Next.
You can change the cancellation policy at any time via the listing's settings.
- Choose the listings you'd like to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If you choose the latter, click Select listings to connect. Then, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done. Only multi-units and single units can be linked to FindRentals.
Unlisted or inactive listings will not be published to FindRentals. Learn how to activate and list your listings. - Click Done.
A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with FindRentals. - Click Continue to dashboard.

Connecting additional listings
To connect new listings after your FindRentals account is connected to Guesty, click Connect listings at the top-right corner of your FindRentals dashboard and follow steps 7 to 11 above.

Syncing listing changes
Changes to listings sync to the channel only if the listing's status is "Live on Channel".
- "Live on Channel": Changes sync automatically to the channel.
- "Failed": Reinitiate the connection process to push the updates to the channel.
If the listing status is "Pending", changes won't sync until the status changes to either "Live on Channel" or "Failed".
