Connecting your Guesty listings to VacayHome Connect

You can publish your Guesty listings to VacayHome Connect and manage them directly in Guesty. Once connected, you can publish listings anytime, with content synced across both platforms. Follow the instructions below.

Before you begin

  • Only multi-units and single units can be connected. 
  • Ensure your properties are active and listed. Unlisted or inactive listings will not be published.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Marketing and sales icon Marketing and sales to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Under Channel management, select Distribution.
  4. Click the VacayHome Connect thumbnail.
  5. Click Start connecting to VacayHome Connect.
  6. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee, then click Next. You can change the policy anytime.
  7. Choose the listings you want to connect by selecting All my current listings or Specific listings. If selecting specific listings, click Select listings to connect, mark the checkboxes for the relevant listings, and click Done.

    Important:

    After selecting listings, Guesty sends an onboarding request to VacayHome Connect. They will contact you to sign a contract. Once signed, you'll receive a connectivity key via email to complete the onboarding form.

  8. Click Done.
  9. Click Continue to dashboard.

Once listings are connected, updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the channel.
