Why is the owner's revenue in an automated message to the owner showing zero?

When sending an automated message to your owner, the owner's revenue might display as "0" due to an issue between the time it takes the system to calculate and time the message was sent.

To prevent this, make sure to set at least a 1-hour delay under the "When should this message be sent?" field while you create automated messages with the {{owners_revenue}} variable. This will give the system enough time to calculate the correct owner’s revenue and avoid discrepancies.

Important:

Accounting users: In addition to the 1-hour delay, the listing must be assigned to an active business model so that the {{owners_revenue}} variable in automated messages functions as expected.
