If you manage multiple business entities, use brands to share specific business information with your guests and owners.
Set different brands under the exact same Guesty account and associate each listing with the relevant brand. This allows you to send guest invoices with the brand information, which replaces the default company details.
Customizing brand details
Fill in the following details when creating a brand:
Company logo (required). Recommended size: 1024 x 1024 pixels
Company name (required)
Company email (required)
Company address (required)
Note:
The company address must be a location that Google Maps can find.
Company phone number (optional)
VAT or Tax ID (optional)
Brands display in the Owners Portal as the "Managing company" of the relevant listing and appear in Owner statements.
Separating owner and guest details
To display different information to owners than what guests see, you have the option to customize separate owner-facing and guest-facing details for each brand.
Viewing limitations
Currently, brands connect only with the following Guesty features: guest invoices, the Owners Portal, and Owner statements. You can assign each property to one brand only.

Understanding how brands affect the Owners Portal
When you assign brands to properties, the "Managing company" is visible to owners in the Owners Portal. When the owner hovers over the icon, the tooltip reveals more information about the managing company, including contact details. This helps owners know who to contact for each property. Owners can also filter properties by managing company.
