Disputing a chargeback is an action which requires some prep work. One of the details you need to provide as a park of the dispute process, is the Merchant ID.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your GuestyPay account, and download the Merchant statement.
  2. At the top right hand side of the statement, next to "Merchant Number", the Merchant ID appears.
