If you are no longer managing a Booking.com listing, you can disconnect it in Guesty. Disconnecting a listing in Guesty removes the room from the Extranet and prevents the listing from appearing in search results on Booking.com, making it unavailable for guest bookings.
Alternatively, you can remove a listing from the Booking.com integration page in Guesty.
In both cases, you can reconnect the listing later.
Important:
The listing must have a "Connected" or "Failed" status to disconnect or remove it.
Disconnecting a listing
Follow the instructions to disconnect a Booking.com listing of any type. A complex is shown on the integration page in multiple rows, with each row representing a room type in the complex. Disconnect each room type individually.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- Click the relevant account.
- In the Booking.com integration page, under the "Status" column, click Connected next to the listing you want to disconnect.
- Select Disconnect from the dropdown menu.
- In the pop-up, click Disconnect.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Channels.
- From the dropdown menu, select Booking.com.
- In the Booking.com integration page, under the "Status" column, click Connected next to the listing you want to disconnect.
- Select Disconnect from the dropdown menu.
- In the pop-up, click Disconnect.
Error when disconnecting a listing
Contact us if you encounter the following errors while trying to disconnect a listing:
- The listing is stuck in "Pending".
- The listing's disconnection has "Failed" without the option to remove it.
Removing a listing
If you wish to remove a Booking.com listing from your Guesty account, follow the instructions below. To permanently delete a listing in Guesty, you must disconnect it from Booking.com first.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Distribution.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- Click the relevant account.
- In the row of the relevant listing, under "Status", from the dropdown menu click Remove.
- In the pop-up, click Remove listing.
