The Advanced Analytics Lead Management Dashboard gives a high-level overview of data based on the reservation opportunities in your sales pipeline. Track your sales performance by several metrics to see where your team currently stands and how they can improve, optimizing your ability to convert reservation requests to confirmations. See the metrics highlighted in this dashboard below.

Win rate

The total number of opportunities created that have a status of closed won divided by the number of opportunities created in the selected period.

In progress

The total number of opportunities created that have a status of "in progress" divided by the number of opportunities created in the selected period.

Lost rate

The total number of opportunities created that have a status of "closed lost" divided by the number of opportunities created in the selected period.

Average days from created to won

The average number of days that it takes for an opportunity that was created to move to a status of "closed won."

Average days from created to lost

The average number of days that it takes for an opportunity that was created to move to a status of "closed lost."

Performance by opportunity creation period

Shows metrics based on the month the opportunity was created in.

Performance by opportunity check-in

Shows metrics based on the month of the check-in assigned to the opportunity.

By salesperson/listing

Shows the top won opportunities, top total payout, and top average payout by salesperson and listing.

Filters

Using the "Filters" menu on the right side of the screen, you are able to filter your data according to:
  • Created period
  • Check-in period
  • Listing nickname
  • Listing tag
  • Listing country
  • Listing state
  • Listing city
  • Listing neighborhood
  • Salesperson
  • Reservation channel
  • Reservation status
  • Listing active/listed
