Can I use a third-party pricing tools with Guesty pricing and availability tools?

You can use third-party tools to adjust the pricing, minimum nights, and availability settings of a listing, and their adjustments will be reflected in the calendar’s nightly rate or minimum nights, accordingly.

Avoid using third-party pricing tools alongside rate strategy rules, and manual adjustments, as they will override one another, even if they're been used for different functions.

For example, combining a rate strategy rule with check-in and check-out restrictions (and no base price adjustment) with a third-party tool set to optimize the price per night, will result in the rate strategy's overriding the third party's price adjustments. In this case, the price will be reverted to the base price, since the the rate strategy "Base price adjustment" is not defined.

Also, we don't recommend using third-party pricing tools with Guesty PrizeOptimizer, as the latter will override the action of tools when the data is refreshed every 24 hours.

If you disconnect with a third-party pricing tool partner, such as PriceLabs, the nightly rates and minimum nights will not automatically change to the default base price and minimum nights. Instead, you can manually adjust the nightly rates or the minimum nights to the desired values.
