Mobile App: Managing listings in the mobile app

Edit a listing's cleaning status

You can change a listing's cleaning status to be one of the following:

  • Not set
  • Unknown
  • Clean
  • Waiting For Inspection
  • Dirty

Follow the instructions below to edit a listing's cleaning status.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
  2. At the bottom, tap .
  3. Tap on the property name.
  4. Under "Status", click the down arrow to expand.
  5. In the pop-up, select the relevant cleaning status.
  6. Tap Ok.

Edit listing marketing information

You can edit certain listing details directly in the mobile app. Follow the instructions below to edit a listing's Marketing information.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
  2. At the bottom, tap the  icon.
  3. Tap on the property name.
  4. Tap See more options.
  5. Tap Additional information to edit.
  6. In the chosen field, edit or enter freeform text. 
  7. Tap Save.

Editing a listing's custom fields

Follow the instructions below to edit a listing's custom fields.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
  2. At the bottom, tap .
  3. Tap on the property name.
  4. to the right of "Additional Information", click the down arrow to expand.
  5. To the right of "Additional Information", tap the Pencil icon to edit.
  6. In the chosen field, edit or enter freeform text. 
  7. Tap Save.
