Unable to Activate a Listing

You can activate or deactivate listings at any time. If you receive an error message when activating a listing, check the status of your Guesty billing. A valid payment method and/or up-to-date payment is required to activate a listing. Follow the instructions below to check your payment status.

Step by Step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. From the top menu, click Account.
  3. From the drop-down, click Billing.
  4. From the Billing menu, click Payment status.

Note:

You can add or delete payment methods at any time. The listing can be activated once the billing issue is rectified.
