You can activate or deactivate properties at any time. If an error message appears when activating a property, check your billing status. You must have a valid payment method or an up-to-date payment to activate a property.

Follow the instructions below to check your payment status.

Step by Step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click Account to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Guesty billing.
  4. In the left submenu, click Payment status.

Note:

You can add or remove payment methods at any time. Once you resolve the billing issue, you can activate the property.
