Cancelling a scheduled payment in a reservation

Cancel a scheduled Auto Payment or Payment Automation for a specific reservation following the steps below.

Cancel a scheduled payment

Important:

Always cancel a scheduled payment before collecting a manual payment, to avoid duplicated payments on a reservation.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. In the top menu, click Reservations.
  4. Select the relevant reservation.
  5. In the gray banner at the top of the page, click Balance due to the right.
  6. Under "Payments", click Scheduled
  7. Click the vertical ellipsis and select Cancel payment to the right of the relevant payment.
  8. Click Yes, cancel payment.
