You can edit an Auto Payment rule for a specific listing or edit a scheduled Auto Payment for a specific reservation. Follow the instructions below to edit a scheduled payment for a reservation.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- In the gray banner at the top of the page, click Balance Due.
- Under Payments, hover over the relevant scheduled payment and click the three dots to the right.
- Click Edit payment.
- Fill in the relevant information.
- Click Update.
