Connecting SiteMinder to Guesty allows you to distribute your listings to multiple booking channels.
Complete the setup by mapping your SiteMinder rate plans to Guesty.
Rate plans are set up and maintained in your SiteMinder account. SiteMinder will assist you with this process.
Follow the steps below to connect your SiteMinder rate plans to Guesty.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your SiteMinder account.
- In the top menu, click Guesty.
- Click Rooms & Rates.
- Click the relevant rate plan.
- Click Configure.
- Enter the relevant codes. If you're unsure about which codes to enter, contact your SiteMinder Account Manager for assistance.
- Click Save.
Entering these codes ensures that your listing base prices are synced from Guesty, and that reservations made via SiteMinder’s connected channels sync to Guesty.

A rate plan is a pricing structure that contains a variety of rates for each room type. For example, offer a price for rooms with free cancellation and another price for non-refundable rooms, but with breakfast included.
With SiteMinder, Guesty supplies a single rate plan. This should be the primary rate plan created for a listing on the booking channel. Other rate plans should be configured relative to this rate plan. As each booking channel manages this differently, contact your SiteMinder account manager for assistance.
During the SiteMinder onboarding process, we provide rate codes for each listing and room type to both you and SiteMinder. This allows for manual configuration in your SiteMinder account.
Important:
Ensure to update the rate plans in Guesty. These updates are pushed from Guesty to SiteMinder.
