Troubleshooting: Reservation check-in and check-out times differ from the listing's default

The check-in and check-out times that appear in Guesty depend on two different time zones:

• The listing's default check-in and check-out times use the listing's time zone.
• The check-in and check-out times on the Reservation page use your computer's time zone.

For example, a 4 PM check-in time for a listing in Spain appears as 10 AM if you view the reservation in New York.

You can change your computer's time zone to match the listing's time zone. Changing the listing's default check-in and check-out time affects current and future reservation times.
