The Nuki Smart Lock is an electronic, retrofit door lock that can be installed on the inside of the door within a few minutes, without screws or drilling. In combination with the Nuki app, it turns the smartphone into a smart key, with access permissions sent to guests for their corresponding booking period.
Follow the instructions below to connect Nuki to Guesty.

Nuki FAQs
When will the guest receive the code? Can we block the code being sent if the online-check in form has not yet been filled in?
Nuki updates the code in the "keycode" field in Guesty. You can set up automated messages to include the "keycode" field according to any available filter. See above for more details.
Will the user see in the inbox if the code was sent?
If the code is sent via auto message, it will appear in the inbox.
Can we as the management company use only Guesty for Nuki, as long as the owner has the Nuki app?
We recommend that you have direct access to the Nuki app, to prevent potential lockouts if something does not work.
