Importing and linking listings from Agoda

Once you've connected your Agoda account to Guesty, import your listings from Agoda and link them to your listings in Guesty.

Before you begin

To prevent double bookings, block the listings' calendar in your Agoda dashboard. Once linked to Guesty, availability, pricing, minimum nights, and reservations will be managed in Guesty.

Import listings from Agoda

Follow the steps below to import your listing from Agoda to Guesty.

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
3. Click Distribution.
4. Click the Agoda thumbnail.
5. Click the relevant Agoda account.
6. In the top-right corner, click the sync icon.
7. Enter the Agoda property IDs.
8. Click Submit.

The import may take up to 24 hours. Once imported, link the listings to your Guesty listings.

Link listings to Guesty listings

When linking Agoda listings to Guesty listings, you can link only single units. For multi-units and complexes, link each sub-unit individually.

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
3. Click Distribution.
4. Click the Agoda thumbnail.
5. Click the relevant Agoda account.
6. Under "Status", click Not connected.
7. From the dropdown menu, select Link.
8. Select the matching Guesty listing from the dropdown menu.
9. Click Link.

It can take up to 24 hours for the listing to be linked. Once linked, make sure to unblock the listing's calendar in your Agoda dashboard. Reservations from the last 90 days are imported to Guesty. Older reservations will show up as blocked dates in your Guesty calendar.
