Which data is synced between Guesty and Agoda?

Once you have connected your Agoda account to Guesty, and imported and linked your existing listings, some data will sync between Agoda and Guesty and some will not.

Below are the types of data that are synced or not synced between Agoda and Guesty.

Tip:

You can manage all Guest communications directly from Guesty's Inbox.

 

Calendar settings

Guesty will sync the listing's calendar availability, pricing, and minimum nights.
All other relevant calendar settings should be managed directly in Agoda.

Important:

You can manage your listings' calendar availability directly through Guesty to ensure smooth syncing between the two platforms.
Guesty will retrieve blocked calendar dates from Agoda, however, following this initial retrieval, Guesty will no longer check for calendar updates made through Agoda.

Reservations

Reservations and inquiries for your connected Agoda listings will be pushed to your Guesty account. Guesty will update your availability for that listing on all other channels.
