What data is synced between Agoda and Guesty and where to manage it

Once your listings are linked, manage the following in Guesty:

  • Availability, including occupancy and restrictions on availability
  • Nightly rates*
  • Minimum nights
  • Reservations
  • Guest communication

When updated in Guesty, the data will automatically sync to Agoda.

*Markups are synced for each listing individually and can’t be synced on the account level.

Listing settings such as amenities, images, and descriptions are not synced. Additionally, fees, taxes and cancellation policies are not synced. For data that isn’t synced, set up and update in both Guesty and Agoda. Make sure to set up your taxes and fees so that they match between the platforms.

Important:

  • Reservations: Only confirmed reservations are synced between Agoda and Guesty. Pre-booking inquiries made by guests through Agoda (message inquiries) are not synced to Guesty and must be managed within the Agoda platform.
  • Guest communication: Guest communication is only synced after a confirmed reservation exists.
