You can assign specific listings to any credit card added to your Guesty billing. Unassigned listings are billed via the default payment method. Follow the instructions below to assign listings to a billing payment method.
Important:
Only certain user roles can edit billing information.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Setup mode.
- Click Billing and select Payment method.
- To the left, click Payment methods.
- To the right of the relevant credit card, click the three dots.
- Select Edit assigned listings.
- In the pop-up, select the desired listings from the dropdown under Apply for specific listings.
- Click Save.

Contact the Guesty Help Center to sync the latest update you made in the backend, and include details about the changes you made.
Guesty add-ons and other additional services, are automatically billed to the default payment method on the account. You do not have the option to select a different payment method for these charges.
- All Guesty add-ons are processed under the default payment method set in the system.
- There is no ability to assign a different card or payment method for individual add-on charges.
- If the default payment method needs to be changed, users must update their payment settings before the charge is processed.
