Billing for Guesty add-ons and additional services

When you subscribe to Guesty add-ons such as Damage Protection or other additional services, it's important to understand how these charges are processed:

  • All Guesty add-ons are automatically billed to the default payment method set in your account
  • There is no option to select a different payment method specifically for add-on charges
  • Add-on charges will always follow the default payment method regardless of listing assignments
