Create a Custom Field in Guesty
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Operations to open the dropdown menu. - Under Portfolio, select Custom fields.
- To create a new reservations custom field, follow the instructions here, noting the following:
- Under "Field Name", enter the text Luggagehero.
- Under "Field Type", select Text.
Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Integrations to open the dropdown menu. - Select Marketplace.
- Click the LuggageHero thumbnail.
- In the top right corner, click Connect.
- In the pop-up, click
to copy the API key. - Click Ok.

- Insert the API Key in the relevant field.

LuggageHero will send a customized link to Guesty. The link can be found on the relevant Reservation page.

You can include the link in an Automated Message. We recommend setting up an Automated Message which includes the placeholder {{luggagehero}} that will be sent a few hours before the check-in time.
