Adding recipients to Guesty email notifications

Guesty will send you notifications related to your account such as missing information on your account or if your payment to Guesty has failed. By default, these notifications will be sent to everyone in your account with an admin role. You can override the default setting by specifying certain users. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Setup mode.
  3. In the left pane, select Account Settings
  4. Under "Default preferences," locate the"System notifications" section.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Click Select users to receive notifications.
  7. In the text box, start typing the name of the user.
  8. Select the name of the user from the drop-down.
  9. For multiple users, you can select more than one name.

To remove a recipient, simply click the name again to untick the checkbox. You can change which users are set as admin at any time.
