Activating Guest Communication Services on a listing

Guesty's Guest Communication Services feature (GCS) is a premium service feature, additional charges will apply.  Follow the steps below to get in touch with an expert and activate this service on your account.

If you use Guesty's auto response and choose to activate GCS, you don't have to deactivate auto response. Even if an auto response is sent to a guest, our GCS team will still see their message and be able to handle it.

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the integration center icon and select Guesty add-ons.
  3. Under "Available add-ons", click Guest Communication Services.
  4. Click Talk to an expert.

You will be contacted shortly by an expert to answer any questions and activate GCS.
