Guesty's Guest Communication Services feature (GCS) is a premium service feature. 
Get in touch with an expert via our add-ons center to activate this service in your account. Additional charges will apply.

Important:

If you use Guesty's Auto Response and choose to activate GCS, you don't have to deactivate Auto Response. Even if an Auto Response is sent to a guest, our GCS team will still see their message and be able to handle it.
