Guesty's Guest Communication Services feature (GCS) is a premium service feature, additional charges will apply. Follow the steps below to get in touch with an expert and activate this service on your account.
Important:
If you use Guesty's Auto Response and choose to activate GCS, you don't have to deactivate Auto Response. Even if an Auto Response is sent to a guest, our GCS team will still see their message and be able to handle it.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click and select Guesty add-ons.
- Under "Available add-ons", click Guest Communication Services.
- Click Talk to an expert.
- You will be contacted shortly by an expert to answer any questions and activate GCS.
Important:
GCS is available under a paid subscription, after the Guesty Lite free trial period has ended.
