Delete a guest's email address from three different areas. Choose the option that best suits your needs:
- The reservation page: Provides full details about the reservation in question.
- The Guesty Inbox: Allows you to edit guest details while maintaining complete access to guest communication.
- The Multi-Calendar: Allows you to edit guest details while maintaining a full view of the rest of your reservations and available calendar dates.
Follow the instructions below to learn how to delete the number in each of these ways.
Note:
If only one email address is left after you are done deleting, it will have a blue star next to it, which means this address is the primary address for guest communication.
Reservation page
Follow the steps below to remove a guest's email address from the reservation page.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Select the Guests tab on the reservation sub-menu.
- Hover over the right side of "Contact details", and click
. - Under "Email", hover over the address you want to remove and click
. - Click Save.
Guesty Inbox
Follow the steps below to remove a guest's email address from the Guesty Inbox.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Inbox. - In the Inbox submenu, select the relevant inbox.
- Click the relevant message thread.
- In the inbox widget submenu, click
. - Hover over the right side of "Contact details", and click Edit.
- Under "Email", hover over the address you want to remove and click
. - At the bottom of the section, click Save.
Multi-Calendar
Follow the steps below to remove a guest's email address from the Multi-Calendar.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Multi-calendar. - Click the relevant reservation.
- In the widget sidebar, click
. - Hover over the right side of "Contact details", and click Edit.
- Under "Email", hover over the address you want to remove and click
. - At the bottom of the section, click Save.
