Advanced Analytics: Viewing task data

Advanced Analytics is a premium feature available to Pro users only. Contact us to discuss activating it.

Use Advanced Analytics to get an in-depth view of your team's performance by analyzing the tasks they perform. You can use this data to optimize the staff size and the weekly shifts, track your team members' performance and workload, and share reports with owners and other stakeholders to analyze the work done on properties over time. Follow the instructions below to open the dashboard and view its data.


Advanced Analytics does not recognize occupancy for reservations that have a check-in date from before the listing was activated.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Analytics.
  4. To the left, under "Dashboards", click Tasks.
  5. The relevant data will appear in the center panel. If relevant, add or edit any filters in the sidebar on the right by hovering over them and clicking the pencil icon.


Reset the filters if needed by clicking theicon. Learn how to save the filters for quick access and how to export the data
