Advanced Analytics: Viewing guest communication data

Advanced Analytics is a premium feature. Contact us to activate it.

Use Advanced Analytics to view detailed guest communication data. Plan team schedules by reviewing message volumes and identify training needs by analyzing team member response times. Improve automation by comparing the number of automated messages with those sent manually.

What is a communication cycle?

A communication cycle is the elapsed time from when you send a message to when the guest responds. Any follow-up message you send before the guest replies is still part of the same cycle. A new cycle starts as soon as the guest replies.

How is ART (Average Response Time) calculated?

ART measures the average time it takes your team to respond to guest messages. The calculation includes:

  • All direct guest-to-team messages
  • The time between a guest message and the first team or automated response

ART only accounts for the initial reply to each guest message in a cycle, and excludes automated system acknowledgments that do not answer guest queries. This ensures ART reflects real, actionable response times.

Important:

Advanced Analytics does not recognize occupancy for reservations that have a check-in date from before the listing was activated.
