Use Advanced Analytics to view in-depth analytical data of your communication with guests. Plan your team's working hours based on the expected volume of messages or create training opportunities by viewing a team member's average response time. You can also improve your automation setup by comparing the number of messages automatically sent versus messages sent manually by your team.

A communication cycle is the elapsed time between you sending a message and the guest responding. This can be a reply message to a guest or an original message that was sent to the guest. If a guest does not respond and a second message is sent, it will still be considered one cycle. A new cycle is started as soon as the guest responds. 

Follow the instructions below to view your guest communication data. 


Advanced Analytics does not recognize occupancy for reservations that have a check-in date from before the listing was activated.


Step by step:


Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. From the top menu, click Analytics.
  3. Under Dashboards on the left, click Communication.
  4. Under Filters on the right, hover over "Dates".
  5. Click the pencil icon.
  6. Select the relevant date range.
  7. Click Ok.

The relevant data will appear in the center panel. Click each item in the panel for a further breakdown. If relevant, edit the filters on the right side by clicking the pencil icon.


You can reset the filters by clicking theicon. Learn how to save the filters for quick access and how to download the data.
