You can use Guesty's Auto Reviews feature to automate the process of posting guest reviews for a specific reservation. If needed, you can turn off the automatic posting of a review for a specific reservation.
Note:
You can only stop auto reviews for Airbnb and Vrbo reservations.
Follow the instructions below to stop the automatic posting.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Reservations.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Scroll down to the "Guest" section, then turn off the Auto Review toggle.
