Note:

If the listing is a multi-unit, this feature is managed via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings. The settings will automatically apply to all sub-units.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the relevant listing.
  5. In the listing's menu, click Calendar.
  6. Select Availability Settings, and click Edit.
  7. Under “Default Availability”, select Unavailable except on rental periods.
  8. Under Rental Periods, click Add Rental Period.
  9. Select a date range from the drop-downs.
  10. Click Save.

Tip:

Changed your mind? Set the calendar as available by default. You can also set how much advance notice is needed ahead of a check-in date and determine how early guests can make reservations.
